The staff at Villa Indrani will tend to your every need with the charm and friendliness for which the Balinese are so well known. Just let your villa manager know how much staff presence you’re comfortable with – for example, at mealtimes only, or on hand to serve iced drinks throughout the day – and service can be tailored to suit your preferences.
Your villa manager, Made, knows the property and its surroundings inside out. He takes great care in making sure that guests receive top quality service. He also oversees the staff and ensures that everything runs smoothly at the villa.
The villa’s skilled private chef is available to prepare all meals from the villa’s western, Asian and vegetarian suggestion menus. He will also do his best to accommodate special requests and dietary requirements.
Professionally trained butlers are on hand to attend to guests’ every need, including serving food and beverages at mealtimes, snacks, afternoon tea, cocktails and drinks throughout the day and evening.
In addition to the butlers, there are housekeepers who look after all daily housekeeping and domestic duties.
Security guards ensure the safety and security of guests both day and night.
A gardener maintains Villa Indrani’s lovely pool and garden.
